City Council Terms and collaborate Ombudsman for resolution of conflicts and complaints processed.
The Ombudsman in the Region of Murcia, Jose Pablo Ruiz Abellan, visited on Tuesday the town of Pliego, which has joined with the signing of an agreement with this institution to assist in the resolution of conflicts and handle complaints submitted by the residents through its City Clerk.
Ruiz Abellan, accompanied by the mayor of Pliego, Isabel Toledo, explained to members of the municipal corporation, gaia gold, that his mission is "to investigate those complaints received from citizens in rrence to the government."
Also, according to sources from the institution, is intended to "make recommendations to relevant agencies to achieve improved public services."
"My priority task is to dnd the rights and freedoms of citizens through the supervision of government work," said the Ombudsman in the Region of Murcia.
